Must be a Humboldt graduate
Must have graduated at least 15 years ago
Nominee must agree to accept the nomination and be present at the induction ceremony unless an unforeseeable event occurs, preventing their attendance.

The banquet will be held on Thursday, September 26th at Humboldt High at 5:00 PM. If the person you are nominating is selected they will need to be there in person to accept the award.
